The Farm

The Herbs and the Bees

Welcome to The Farm at Gathered Waters, where we cultivate an array of nature's treasures—honey, medicinal herbs, and value-added products crafted with care. As we embark on our first season in 2023, our focus lies on establishing thriving hives, nurturing hops, and cultivating wildflower meadows to provide a bountiful haven for our bees.

Market Garden & Good Neighbor CSA

While our primary commercial ventures revolve around honey and herbs, our family holds a deep passion for sustainable food production. As budding farmers, we are eager to expand our knowledge and grow as much nourishing food as possible. To that end, we are cultivating a diverse range of vegetables, berries, and apples while also maintaining a flock of chickens for fresh eggs.

While our harvests exceed the needs of our own household, they fall short of the quantity required for local farmers' markets. As a result, we extend an invitation to our neighbors—residents of Windrush Commons and Brookside Manor—to participate in our Good Neighbor CSA program.

Currently, we offer farm-fresh eggs at $2 per dozen (or $1 if you kindly return our paper egg carton). Please note that we only accept cash payments, and we kindly request that you pick up your eggs after receiving a notification via text. Produce will become available later in the season, ensuring a vibrant variety of seasonal delights.

To join our CSA list, simply email Mickey@gatheredwaters.com and provide us with your cell phone number, enabling us to reach out when eggs or produce are ready for collection.
